1. Browse the Archive: Explore our curated collection online or in our showrooms across Paris, London, Milan, Berlin, and Freiburg. Use filters to find your perfect piece.
2. Select Your Items: Add items to your cart or inform our team in-store. Check availability and rental prices before proceeding.
3. Rental Period: Rentals last 7 days, starting from the day of pick-up. Return deadline: 5pm on day seven.
4. Place Your Order: Minimum order 40€. A refundable holding deposit applies. Secure online payments at checkout.
5. Delivery or Collection: Collect from our showrooms or opt for European-wide shipping.
6. Care Instructions: Handle items with care. Notify us immediately in case of accidental damage.
7. Return: Dry clean and securely return your items to our showroom by the deadline.
8. Deposit Refund: Once items are checked, your deposit will be refunded to your original payment method.
9. Exclusive Access: We offer rentals and purchases of new and used items, with some exclusively for fashion professionals or VICs. Full access can be requested here.
